1. Electrical & Technical Duties
• Have practical knowledge and experience in electrical connections and basic electrical installations, preferably with UAE work experience.
• Carry out assigned electrical connections, installations, and basic troubleshooting safely and efficiently.
• Assist with the installation, maintenance, and servicing of scenting devices at customer locations.
• Handle fragrance refilling services and ensure devices are properly serviced as instructed.
• Follow all applicable safety procedures and use tools and equipment responsibly.
2. Driving & Customer Visits
• Hold a valid UAE driving licence.
• Drive company vehicles or other authorized vehicles safely and responsibly for customer visits, deliveries, installations, and refilling services.
• Visit customer locations as scheduled and complete assigned service tasks on time.
• Handle customers politely and professionally, maintaining a friendly and customer-oriented attitude.
• Respond to customer queries within the scope of assigned duties and report any complaints or technical issues to management.
• Ensure service activities are completed properly and report visit status to the office.
3. Office Attendance & Coordination
• Report to the office regularly as instructed by management.
• Coordinate with the office team regarding daily schedules, customer visits, service requirements, and completed assignments.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and service materials in good condition.
• Follow assigned schedules and promptly inform management of any delays or issues.
4. General Responsibilities
• Follow company rules, policies, procedures, and instructions issued by management.
• Maintain punctuality, discipline, honesty, and professional conduct at all times.
• Treat customers, colleagues, and business associates with respect.
• Perform other reasonable, job-related duties assigned by management within the scope of the position.
