• E&I Supervisor / Panel Assembly Supervisor • Salary: AED • Core Responsibilities: • Supervise electrical and instrumentation installations, MCC works, and inter-container power/control connections. • Oversee panel assembly and wiring activities against approved schematics, layout drawings, and quality requirements. • Coordinate manpower, outsourced assemblers, drawings, inspections, cable routing, and termination quality. • Inspect workmanship and support panel testing, electrical testing, documentation, and commissioning/delivery readiness. Electrical Technician • Salary: AED 1800 – AED 2500 • Core Responsibilities: • Install and terminate power/control cables, motors, pumps, earthing, and generator connections as per approved drawings. • Assist with continuity, insulation, and functional checks. • Rectify installation issues and support commissioning activities. Panel Assembly (Installation) • Salary: AED 2000 – AED 2,500 • Core Responsibilities: • Assemble and wire control/MCC panels in accordance with approved schematics, panel layouts, and applicable workmanship standards. • Label components and wiring accurately. • Perform required checks and support inspection and testing prior to dispatch. Helpers (Electrical) • Salary: AED 1, • Core Responsibilities: • Assist with cable pulling, cable-tray installation, material handling, and preparation of panel/work areas. • Support technicians under direct supervision. • Strictly follow approved work practices and electrical safety requirements. �️ Specialized Role PLC Automator (PLC Panel Control Assemble) • Salary: AED 2,500 • Core Responsibilities: • Configure and integrate PLC, HMI, and control-system hardware/software for the desalination plant. • Develop or verify I/O mapping, interlocks, alarms, and operating sequences. • Support loop checks, functional testing, and full commissioning phases. • Design and develop electrical systems and components, ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards. • Conduct thorough inspections and testing of electrical systems to identify faults and implement effective solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems into larger projects, ensuring seamless operation. • Prepare detailed technical documentation, including schematics and reports, for project specifications and regulatory compliance. • Qualification in Electrical or a related field from an accredited university. • A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in electrical design or system installation. • Professional Engineer (PE) license or Electrical Engineering Technician certification is highly preferred. • Experience in renewable energy systems and green technologies is a plus.
