Electrical Foreman

• Supervises Charge Hands, Electricians, Helpers • Review all project activities, work equipment, and sites every day to make sure everything is performed to company standards as well as to the latest OSHA regulations and standards. • Direct pipe fitters and helpers for marking, measurement, fabrication, installation, and testing as per approved drawings and method statements. • Monitor daily site activities and labor productivity. • Coordinate with other contractors on-site to ensure smooth installation. • Highlight to supervisors any site-related issues. • Maintain all tools and equipment in working order and keep an inventory of the same • Locate, calculate, and designate job site locations as well as equipment and job site structure locations as needed. • Collaborate with other necessary personnel and supervisors to ensure all site and project crew activities are aligned and in sync. • Delegate jobs to project members as determined by their capabilities and the general requirements of specific work projects and site parameters. • Meet with other managers/supervisors and necessary personnel as required to fully resolve conflicts, complications, and other issues according to company and client standards/requirements. • Train new members whenever they join the team and provide workers with continuing education according to the latest industry requirements so that all work meets the most current specifications. • Installation of Fire Alarm, PAVA, Smoke Detector, Central Battery System(CBS), Vesda • Prior Experience in GI Conduiting, Cable Trunking, Cable Pulling
