Electrical Estimator

The ideal candidate will have 5–6 years of experience in electrical estimation, a strong understanding of the Middle East construction market, and hands-on expertise in Candy CCS Estimation Software. You will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing tender requirements, and supporting the successful delivery of competitive bids for electrical projects. As an Electrical Estimator, you will play a key role in the tendering and pre-construction process by evaluating project requirements, preparing detailed cost estimates, and ensuring commercially competitive submissions. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, sound commercial awareness, and the ability to work effectively with engineering, procurement, and project teams. Key Responsibilities • Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs. • Prepare accurate cost estimates and pricing for electrical works. • Perform quantity take-offs and detailed cost analysis. • Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. • Develop bid proposals and support tender submission activities. • Identify project risks, opportunities, and value engineering solutions. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and competitive estimates. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market rates, materials, and industry trends. • 5–6 years of relevant Electrical Estimation experience. • Proven experience working on projects within the Middle East. • Strong hands-on experience with Candy CCS Estimation Software . • Solid understanding of electrical systems, materials, and installation methodologies. • Experience in preparing and evaluating tenders, BOQs, and cost proposals. • Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills. • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
