Electrical Engineer

• Survey sites, prepare LV electrical designs (SLDs, load schedules, cable sizing, earthing, protection) and sign them off as the registered DM/DEWA-approved engineer. • Prepare and follow through DEWA load applications, NOCs, design approvals, inspections and energisation. • Run installation on site: programme, BOQ, procurement, contractor supervision, testing and commissioning, HSE and handover documentation. • Own preventive and corrective maintenance of live sites, fault diagnosis, OEM warranty escalations and compliance records. • Support Sales with technical feasibility and work with the Product team on commissioning chargers onto our CPMS. • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, attested for the UAE. • Valid DEWA and/or Dubai Municipality (DM) Electrical Engineer approval, and active UAE Society of Engineers membership. • Minimum 5 years of UAE electrical engineering experience with direct DEWA dealings on LV approvals and inspections. • At least one project you owned through all three phases: design, execution to energisation, and subsequent maintenance. You will present it at interview. • Strong knowledge of DEWA Regulations for Electrical Installations, Civil Defence requirements and IEC/BS standards; AutoCAD proficiency; UAE driving licence; fluent English. Nice to have • EV charging experience (AC/DC chargers, fleet depots, public sites), DEWA EV Green Charger programme, OCPP-based CPMS commissioning, MV/LV substation work, or ADDC/AADC exposure.
