Electric Scooter Technician

• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues on a variety of electric scooter models, ensuring optimal performance and safety. • Perform routine maintenance, including battery checks, brake adjustments, tire inflation, and firmware updates, to extend scooter lifespan. • Conduct thorough pre-ride inspections to identify and address any potential safety hazards before scooters are deployed. • Replace faulty components such as motors, controllers, batteries, and lighting systems with precision and efficiency. • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in electronics or mechanics is a strong plus. • Certification in electrical or mechanical repair, or equivalent demonstrable experience. • Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience with electric vehicle repair, preferably electric scooters or similar micro-mobility devices. • Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing DC motor systems, battery management systems, and basic electrical circuits.
