Key Responsibilities Curriculum Delivery: Design and implement age-appropriate, engaging lesson plans that stimulate curiosity, creativity, and a lifelong love for learning. Child Development: Monitor, assess, and document each child's progress, ensuring activities meet their individual learning and developmental needs. Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and inclusive classroom environment conducive to early childhood education. Parent Communication: Build strong, positive partnerships with parents by providing regular updates on their child s growth, achievements, and well-being. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with teaching assistants and fellow faculty members to organize school events, activities, and continuous curriculum improvement. • Minimum of a Cache Level 3 qualification (or equivalent recognized early childhood education diploma/degree). • Excellent, native-level English communication skills (written and spoken) to model language acquisition effectively for early learners. • Proven experience in an early years educational setting, backed by verifiable reference/experience letters from previous employers. • Deep understanding of early childhood development, strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a high level of cultural awareness.
