E & I Supervisor

• Oversee and direct all electrical and instrumentation (E&I) maintenance activities, ensuring optimal performance of equipment and systems. • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs, minimizing downtime and extending the lifespan of critical assets. • Manage a team of E&I technicians, providing technical guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing team. • Troubleshoot complex electrical and instrumentation issues, utilizing diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and resolve problems efficiently. • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. • Holds relevant certifications such as a Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent, demonstrating technical competence. • Minimum 8+ years of experience in E&I maintenance within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Manufacturing industries. • Demonstrates expertise in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various electrical equipment, including transformers, switchgears, and motors.
