E-Commerce Specialist

Job Title: E\-Commerce Sales Specialist – Amazon, Noon \& Photoshop Location: Jebel Ali, Dubai, UAE Job Type: Full\-time Salary: AED 2,500–AED 3,500 per month \+ sales commission Job Description We are looking for an experienced and results\-driven E\-Commerce Sales Specialist to manage and increase our sales across Amazon, Noon, and other online marketplaces. The successful candidate must have proven marketplace sales experience, strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Noon Seller Lab, and good Adobe Photoshop skills. This is a target\-based position, and the candidate will be responsible for improving product listings, running promotions, increasing sales, and achieving monthly targets. Key Responsibilities * Manage and grow sales on Amazon, Noon, and other e\-commerce platforms * Create, upload, and optimize product listings * Write professional product titles, descriptions, keywords, and specifications * Research competitors, prices, keywords, and market trends * Plan promotions, discounts, and marketplace advertising campaigns * Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly sales targets * Improve product rankings, visibility, traffic, and conversion rates * Use Adobe Photoshop to edit product photos and create banners * Remove and replace image backgrounds * Resize and prepare images according to marketplace requirements * Create attractive product images and promotional designs * Monitor inventory and coordinate order fulfilment * Respond to customer questions and maintain marketplace account performance * Prepare regular sales and performance reports Requirements * Minimum two years of relevant e\-commerce or marketplace sales experience * Proven experience managing and increasing sales on Amazon and Noon * Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Noon Seller Lab * Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop * Experience editing product images and creating promotional banners * Knowledge of product listing optimization, SEO, keywords, and marketplace advertising * Ability to analyze sales data and achieve monthly targets * Strong communication, organization, and problem\-solving skills * Professional, responsible, and able to work independently * Previous UAE e\-commerce experience is preferred * Must be able to commute to Jebel Ali, Dubai Compensation * Basic salary: AED 2,500–AED 3,500 per month, depending on experience * Sales commission * Performance incentives for achieving targets Application Requirements Please submit: * Your updated CV * Details of your Amazon and Noon experience * Examples of your previous sales results or achievements * A portfolio or examples of your Photoshop and product\-image work Job Type: Full\-time Pay: AED2,500\.00 \- AED3,500\.00 per month Application Question(s): * How many years of experience do you have with Amazon Seller Central? * Are you experienced with Adobe Photoshop and product\-image editing?
