Role Overview We are seeking a visionary and results\-driven **E\-Commerce Director** to lead our e\-commerce strategy, oversee operations, and drive business growth. The successful candidate will manage digital platforms, optimize online sales, and ensure seamless customer journeys across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities * **Strategic leadership**: Define and execute e\-commerce strategies aligned with company goals. * **Platform management**: Oversee Shopify store operations, integrations, and performance optimization. * **Sales growth**: Drive online revenue through innovative campaigns and conversion strategies. * **Customer experience**: Ensure smooth navigation, checkout, and post\-purchase support. * **Data analytics**: Monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights. * **Team leadership**: Mentor and guide marketing, design, and technical teams. * **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to Omani e\-commerce regulations and international standards. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. * 7–10 years of experience in e\-commerce management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. * Strong expertise in Shopify and digital commerce platforms. * Proven track record of driving online sales growth. * Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills. * Familiarity with Oman’s e\-commerce regulations is an advantage.
