E COMMERCE AND INVENTORY EXECUTIVE

Hiring: Inventory Executive Location: Satwa, Dubai, UAE We are looking for a detail\-oriented Inventory Executive with strong UAE inventory management experience to join our team. Key Responsibilities * Maintain real\-time inventory accuracy in the ERP/WMS; investigate and resolve every discrepancy between system and physical counts. * Plan and execute cycle counts and periodic full stock takes; report variances with root\-cause analysis, not just numbers. * Monitor stock levels against reorder points; proactively identify stock shortages and overstock situations before they impact sales or cash flow. * Track batch numbers and expiry dates where applicable. * Manage goods receipt and dispatch documentation; reconcile against purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes, and shipping documents. * Analyze slow\-moving and dead stock; recommend markdowns, returns, transfers, or write\-offs with financial justification. * Coordinate with purchasing, sales, finance, and warehouse teams on demand planning and inventory valuation. * Maintain accurate product master data including SKUs, units of measure, dimensions, weights, product costs, barcodes, and HS codes where applicable. * Produce inventory KPI reports including inventory accuracy, stock turnover, days\-on\-hand, shrinkage, fill rate, and stock ageing. * Ensure proper inventory storage practices, FIFO/FEFO implementation, and warehouse organization. * Monitor inbound and outbound stock movements and ensure timely system updates. * Handle inventory adjustments, stock transfers, customer returns, supplier returns, damaged goods, and investigation of stock variances. * Maintain complete inventory documentation and ensure compliance with company SOPs. * Work closely with logistics partners for receiving, dispatch, customs\-related inventory documentation, and shipment reconciliation. * Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency. * Ensure inventory is accurately synchronized between the ERP/WMS and e\-commerce platforms to prevent stock discrepancies and overselling. * Coordinate with the E\-commerce team to maintain accurate product availability, SKUs, and stock updates across online sales channels. * Support inventory planning for online promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns. * Monitor online order fulfillment, returns, and inventory reconciliation with the warehouse to ensure timely processing. * Assist in generating inventory and stock performance reports for e\-commerce operations. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum **1–2 years of UAE experience** in Inventory, Warehouse, Supply Chain, or related operations. * Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control. * Hands\-on experience with ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Zoho Inventory, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar). * Strong understanding of FIFO/FEFO, stock reconciliation, cycle counting, and warehouse best practices. * Experience working with e\-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Noon, WooCommerce, or similar marketplaces is preferred. * Basic understanding of online order fulfillment, inventory synchronization, and marketplace operations. * Good knowledge of UAE import/export documentation and inventory\-related logistics processes is preferred. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis). * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and reporting skills. * Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work independently in a fast\-paced environment. * Strong communication and coordination skills with cross\-functional teams.
