• Drive company vehicles safely for customer visits, deliveries, and material collections.
• Visit existing and potential customers to promote printing and packaging knife products and services.
• Develop new customer relationships and identify potential sales opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the Knife Section/production team.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, deliveries, and payments when required.
• Deliver finished knife products to customers and collect materials or samples from customer locations.
• Maintain proper records of customer visits, orders, deliveries, and collections.
• Provide regular feedback on customer requirements, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Ensure company vehicle is maintained properly and report any vehicle issues immediately.
• Follow all UAE traffic rules and company safety procedures.
• Perform other duties related to sales, delivery, and Knife Section operations as assigned by management.
Requirements
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Previous experience in printing, packaging, die-making, knife manufacturing, or a related industry is preferred.
• Sales and customer-handling experience will be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of printing/packaging processes and cutting dies/knives is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
• Good knowledge of UAE roads and locations.
• Willingness to travel within the UAE for customer visits and deliveries.
