DPD - Production Supervisor

Strategic: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and quality control procedures throughout the manufacturing process. Operational: Oversee production activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and team management. Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations. Monitor production performance, identifying and addressing issues or inefficiencies. Implement and maintain production processes, optimizing efficiency and reducing costs. Collaborate with other departments to support overall project and operational goals. People Management: Conducts a fair performance review for subordinates and provides constructive feedback.
