Document Controller

We have one of the largest dedicated team with decades of cumulative experience in sustainable design, fire and life safety, cost management, façade engineering, commissioning, building performance, waste management, environmental consultancy, carbon management and acoustics. **Job Purpose** * Manage and file documents within the team for multiple projects. * Archiving and reviewing files and ensuring all team members have access to necessary documentation. **Qualification and Experience** * Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering or equivalent. * Preference of 1\-2 years of engineering experience as Document Controller. * Engineering consulting experience would be advantageous **Responsibilities** * Develop computer software skills (Revit, AutoCAD, Word, Excel, etc.) * Work with in\-house Workplace Solutions and Facility Services groups in a collaborative team atmosphere. * Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients. * File documents in physical and digital records. * Revit model coordination. Extract and review the information received in Revit format. * Extraction Revit based sheets to AutoCAD DWG format and PDF. * Markup of Scope Elevations and tagging of details in the Revit models. * Exporting 3d Revit Models to Navisworks format. * Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems. * Knowledge of Revit Architecture, AutoCAD Architecture. Experience in multi\-floor building modelling a plus.
