Director of Marketing

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive revenue growth. • Lead annual marketing plans, campaigns, and promotional activities. • Oversee digital marketing, social media, public relations, and advertising. • Ensure consistent brand positioning and compliance with hotel brand standards. • Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, and F&B teams to maximize business opportunities. • Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective return on investment. • Build strong relationships with media, influencers, agencies, and business partners. • Identify market trends, competitor activities, and new marketing opportunities. • Plan and execute marketing initiatives for hotel outlets, events, and special promotions. • Monitor marketing performance and prepare reports for senior management. • Lead, motivate, and develop the marketing team to achieve departmental goals. • Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.Company Description Qualifications • Proven experience in marketing strategies, brand management, and digital campaigns. • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, public relations, and market trends. • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. • Ability to manage budgets, drive revenue, and deliver measurable results. • Creative, commercially driven, and results-oriented. • Knowledge of the UAE luxury hospitality market is an advantage. • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. • Minimum 7 10 years of marketing experience, including 3 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in luxury hospitality.
