Job description

Own dimensional analysis for assigned commodity/shop and coordinate dimensional issue resolution. Review GD&T, datum strategy, measurement points, tolerances, build conditions, fixtures, gauges, and dimensional results. Analyze variation and identify product, process, tooling, fixture, measurement, or assembly contributors. Lead dimensional problem-solving reviews and maintain action plans through closure. Create dashboards/reports to communicate dimensional status, trends, risks, and priorities. Automotive BIW, closures, stamping, or vehicle dimensional experience is required; premium OEM launch experience is preferred.
