Digital Transformation Manager **Dubisign** **Location:** Ahmed Al Jaber Street, Sharq, Kuwait City, Al Asimah, Kuwait **Salary:** **KWD 1,750 per month** Job Overview Dubisign is seeking an innovative and strategic **Digital Transformation Manager** to lead the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of digital transformation initiatives across the organization. Based in Sharq, Kuwait City, this role is responsible for driving business process modernization, implementing digital technologies, improving operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of innovation. The ideal candidate is a forward\-thinking leader with strong project management, technology, and change management expertise. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute the organization's digital transformation strategy aligned with business objectives. * Lead digital transformation projects from planning through implementation and post\-launch evaluation. * Identify opportunities to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency through technology. * Collaborate with business leaders and cross\-functional teams to define digital solutions that support organizational goals. * Evaluate, recommend, and oversee the implementation of emerging technologies, cloud platforms, and digital tools. * Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation plans. * Monitor project performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare progress reports for executive management. * Lead organizational change management initiatives, including user adoption, communication, and training. * Ensure compliance with information security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements. * Stay informed of industry trends and recommend innovative technologies that enhance business competitiveness. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital transformation, IT project management, business transformation, or technology consulting. * Strong understanding of cloud computing, enterprise systems, business process improvement, and digital technologies. * Experience managing enterprise\-wide transformation initiatives and cross\-functional teams. * Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Lean, or other project management methodologies is preferred. * Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem\-solving skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and digital collaboration tools. * Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or ITIL are considered an advantage.
