Digital Transformation Lead **Company:** I\-Liberdade **Location:** Mirqab, Block 1, Kuwait City, Kuwait **Salary:** KWD 1,900 / month Job Summary I\-Liberdade is seeking an experienced **Digital Transformation Lead** to lead technology\-driven business transformation initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and support the adoption of modern digital solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking, technology knowledge, and strong project leadership skills. Responsibilities * Lead digital transformation initiatives across business functions. * Develop and implement digital transformation strategies aligned with business objectives. * Identify opportunities to improve processes through technology and automation. * Evaluate and recommend digital tools, platforms, and technologies. * Manage transformation projects from planning through implementation. * Coordinate with IT, operations, finance, HR, and other business teams. * Analyze existing workflows and identify areas for process optimization. * Lead automation and digitalization initiatives to improve productivity. * Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, and performance. * Support the integration of new systems with existing business platforms. * Manage relationships with technology vendors and external partners. * Establish KPIs to measure the success and impact of transformation projects. * Lead change management and support employee adoption of new technologies. * Prepare progress reports and strategic recommendations for senior management. * Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry best practices. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. * Proven experience in digital transformation, technology consulting, business process improvement, or a similar leadership role. * Strong understanding of digital technologies, automation, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems. * Experience managing complex technology or transformation projects. * Strong knowledge of business process analysis and optimization. * Experience with project management methodologies and change management. * Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, and decision\-making skills. * Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities. * Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities. * Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
