Based in Hawalli, Kuwait, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital strategies that drive business growth, strengthen brand presence, improve customer engagement, and accelerate digital innovation. This leadership role requires a forward\-thinking professional with expertise in digital marketing, business strategy, analytics, and technology. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute comprehensive digital strategies aligned with the company's business objectives. * Lead digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer experience. * Oversee digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising. * Collaborate with executive leadership, sales, product, IT, and marketing teams to align digital initiatives with organizational goals. * Analyze digital performance metrics and customer insights to optimize campaigns and improve return on investment (ROI). * Lead website optimization, user experience (UX), conversion rate optimization (CRO), and customer journey improvements. * Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative digital solutions to enhance business performance. * Manage digital strategy budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation. * Build and mentor a high\-performing team of digital marketing and strategy professionals. * Establish KPIs, prepare executive reports, and present strategic recommendations to senior management. * Manage relationships with external agencies, technology vendors, and strategic partners. * Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, cybersecurity standards, and company policies. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is an advantage. * Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital strategy, digital marketing, business transformation, or technology leadership, including at least 3 years in a senior management role. * Proven experience developing and implementing successful digital transformation and growth strategies. * Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid media, marketing automation, CRM systems, web analytics, and digital technologies. * Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms. * Excellent leadership, analytical, strategic planning, communication, and project management skills. * Professional certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, Agile, or related disciplines are highly desirable.
