Digital Infrastructure Supervisor

**Company:** Brkngbd Mail **Job Type:** Full\-time **About the Role** Brkngbd Mail is seeking a proactive and tech\-savvy Digital Infrastructure Supervisor to manage and maintain our core digital technology, network architecture, and server ecosystems in Kuwait. In this role, you will lead hands\-on technical support, monitor cloud and physical server performance, oversee data center systems, and ensure seamless system availability for our communications networks and digital services. **Key Responsibilities** * **Infrastructure Management:** Monitor, maintain, and optimize hybrid server architectures, data network configurations, storage solutions, and cloud environments. * **Team Supervision:** Lead and schedule daily operations for system administrators and IT support staff, providing technical guidance and mentoring. * **Network \& Data Security:** Enforce system security standards, manage access permissions, perform regular backups, and support disaster recovery protocols. * **System Maintenance \& Upgrades:** Plan, test, and implement hardware, software, and firmware updates to maintain 99\.9% uptime across all operational systems. * **Troubleshooting \& Incident Management:** Serve as the primary point of escalation for high\-priority network outages, technical incidents, and system bottlenecks. **Qualifications \& Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Network Administration, or Information Technology. * **Certifications:** CCNA/CCNP, MCSA, CompTIA Network\+, or AWS/Azure Administration certifications are highly preferred. * **Experience:** Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure support, with at least 2 years supervising technical teams or complex network environments. * **Technical Skills:** Strong hands\-on proficiency with Linux/Windows servers, virtualized platforms (VMware/Hyper\-V), routing/switching, firewalls, and DNS/DHCP administration. * **Language:** Professional fluency in English (written and spoken); working knowledge of Arabic is a plus. **What We Offer** * Competitive, tax\-free monthly salary based on experience. * Comprehensive healthcare insurance coverage. * Annual flight allowance and official Kuwait labor law end\-of\-service benefits. * Career growth into senior technical infrastructure management. الراتب المدفوع: KWD١٬١٥٠٫٠٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
