Digital Printing & Production Supervisor

• Prepare artwork, operate and maintain production machinery. • Oversee daily production and ensure high-quality finished products. • Operate UV DTF A3 sticker printer with XP600 printheads. • Operate 30 cm DTF printer with powder shaker and curing system. • Operate large-format 1.8 m eco-solvent printer for stickers, graphics and customized prints. • Operate dual-station heat press and 8-in-1 multifunction heat press. • Operate single-head, 9-needle embroidery machine. • Operate laminating equipment and related production tools. • Set up jobs, operate equipment, perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot basic issues and maintain quality standards. • Prepare, modify, resize and optimize print-ready artwork using Adobe Photoshop. • Work with print resolution, color profiles (CMYK/RGB), file formats and output requirements. • Use RIP / printing software and verify artwork before production. • Plan production schedules, prioritize orders and meet agreed deadlines. • Monitor consumables, materials, inventory and equipment requirements. • Perform quality checks and maintain a clean, safe and organized workspace. • Coordinate with management, sales teams and suppliers; improve efficiency and reduce waste. • Take ownership of daily workshop operations and coordinate jobs from order to finished product. • Experience supervising a small workshop or production team is preferred. • Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is an advantage. • Experience in 3D printing is a plus but not mandatory. • Ability to work independently, handle multiple orders and solve practical technical problems. • Good spoken and written English; sound organization and communication skills. • Reliable, punctual, disciplined and consistently hardworking. • Genuinely interested in printing, customization, production technology and creative work. • Detail-oriented, proactive and accountable for output quality and deadlines. • Eager to learn new machines, adapt to new processes and grow with the business. • Arabic and french speaking is a plus, not a requirement. • Experience with promotional merchandise, customized gifts, apparel printing or gaming console skins/wrapping. • Experience setting up or organizing a small production facility.
