We’re Hiring: Digital Marketing Specialist (**NO Freelancers**) Company: Snap Zone Media \& Software Location: Doha \- Qatar Contract: 1 Year – Full Time Snap Zone Media \& Software is looking for a results\-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with strong experience in performance marketing, campaign management, analytics, and digital content production. The ideal candidate should be able to manage the full digital marketing cycle — from planning and launching campaigns to optimization, reporting, and performance analysis. Key Responsibilities **⁠ Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Instagram \& Facebook), TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads, and other relevant digital platforms.** **⁠ ⁠Develop digital marketing strategies focused on generating measurable results, including leads, conversions, engagement, traffic, and brand awareness.** **⁠ ⁠Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize targeting, audiences, creatives, budgets, bidding strategies, and placements.** **⁠ ⁠Analyze key performance indicators including CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, engagement, and audience behavior.** **⁠ ⁠Prepare professional weekly and monthly performance reports with detailed analysis, insights, and actionable recommendations.** **⁠ ⁠Work with multiple client accounts and understand different industries, target audiences, campaign objectives, and marketing requirements.** **⁠ ⁠Conduct competitor research, audience analysis, and market research to identify opportunities and improve campaign performance.** **⁠ ⁠Contribute to content planning and recommend creative concepts based on campaign data and audience behavior.** Required Skills **⁠ ⁠Proven experience in Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing.** **⁠ ⁠Strong hands\-on experience with paid advertising platforms, particularly Meta Ads Manager and other major social media advertising platforms.** **⁠ ⁠Excellent knowledge of campaign optimization, targeting, retargeting, conversion tracking, and performance analysis.** **⁠ ⁠Strong reporting and analytical skills with the ability to turn campaign data into clear business insights.** **⁠ ⁠Photography and videography knowledge is mandatory. The candidate should understand how to produce and evaluate content suitable for social media and advertising campaigns.** **⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of social media content formats, trends, Reels, short\-form video, and digital advertising creatives.** **⁠ ⁠Good communication, organization, and time\-management skills.** Additional Advantages Experience with graphic design and video editing will be considered a strong advantage. Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, tracking pixels, and conversion tracking is also an advantage.
