Digital Marketing Executive (Google Ads / SEO / Content)

**Must currently be in the UAE , Preferably (but not a must) on your own visa (spouse / parent / freelance / golden). Applications from outside the UAE will not be considered.** Established luxury shoe and handbag restoration business. 15\+ years in Dubai, two locations, small team, you report directly to the owner. We have strong craftsmanship and a large unpublished library of before/after restoration work. What we don't have is a digital presence. You will build it from the ground up. **What you will own:** * Google Ads — conversion tracking, campaign structure, brand protection, daily optimisation * Google Business Profile — posts, photos, review responses, local ranking, both branches * SEO — on\-page tags, meta descriptions, schema, internal linking, long\-tail service pages * Content — shoot and edit before/after Reels and TikToks inside our workshop * Launch and run Facebook and TikTok * WhatsApp leads and marketing. * Weekly reporting: leads by source, cost per lead, new clients **Requirements:** * 2\+ years hands\-on with Google Ads. You must have built conversion tracking yourself, not watched someone else do it * Working knowledge of on\-page SEO: title tags, meta descriptions, heading structure, schema, internal linking * Able to shoot and edit vertical video on a phone (CapCut or similar) * Google Business Profile management, including local pack ranking * WordPress or similar CMS for page edits * Fluent written English. * Able to work independently without daily supervision **Nice to have:** Meta Ads Manager, GA4, basic Photoshop, luxury or retail experience. **This is not for you if:** you only do social media posting, you've only worked on a team where someone else ran the ads, or you need a manager to set your daily tasks. **To apply, send:** * Two accounts you have personally run, and the results * One 30\-second video you made yourself * Your current visa status and location Pay: AED2,000\.00 \- AED3,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
