Digital Marketing Executive

• Manage assigned client accounts and maintain regular professional communication. • Identify potential business clients, conduct outreach and help close new marketing contracts. • Plan and coordinate digital marketing campaigns, promotions and content calendars. • Coordinate with the content team on posts, reels, publishing schedules and client approvals. • Monitor social media and campaign performance and prepare basic reports. • Follow up with clients on feedback, approvals and upcoming deliverables. • Identify opportunities to improve client engagement, satisfaction and retention. • Support content creation, scheduling and publishing when required. • Coordinate with colleagues to ensure all client deliverables are completed on time. • 1–3 years of practical experience in digital marketing, social media management or client account coordination. • Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and digital marketing fundamentals. • Familiarity with content scheduling, social media analytics and reporting. • Strong communication, organization and client-handling skills. • Comfortable with client outreach, follow-ups and business development. • Able to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines. • A portfolio or examples of previous marketing work are preferred. • Willingness to work full-time from Axera Technology's Dubai office.
