DevOps Engineer

About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in designing, building, and maintaining scalable infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines to support rapid software delivery. This role involves close collaboration with development, QA, and operations teams to automate processes, ensure system reliability, and drive continuous improvement across the software lifecycle. Responsibilities: • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, and Git • Develop and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes • Define and provision infrastructure as code using Terraform • Automate routine tasks and workflows to improve efficiency and reliability • Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures for scalability and availability • Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline release processes • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues in a timely manner • Ensure security best practices and compliance throughout the DevOps lifecycle Required Qualifications: • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field • 8-10 years of hands-on experience in DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering roles • Expertise in CI/CD tools and practices, particularly Jenkins • Strong proficiency with Docker and container orchestration using Kubernetes • Solid experience with Git for version control and collaboration • Proven ability to define and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform • Excellent Linux system administration skills (CentOS, Ubuntu, RHEL) • Proficient scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar languages • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications: • AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer, or equivalent certification • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK Stack • Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet • Understanding of security best practices, compliance frameworks, and vulnerability management • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments • Knowledge of network architecture and protocols relevant to distributed systems Position Details • Position Title: DevOps Engineer • Location: Abudhabi, United Arab Emirates • Experience Required: 8+ years • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field • 8-10 years of hands-on experience in DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering roles • Expertise in CI/CD tools and practices, particularly Jenkins • Strong proficiency with Docker and container orchestration using Kubernetes • Solid experience with Git for version control and collaboration • Proven ability to define and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform • Excellent Linux system administration skills (CentOS, Ubuntu, RHEL) • Proficient scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar languages • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
