We are looking for a Design Manager \- Interior Design to support the delivery of high\-quality interior environments across hospitality, residential, retail, and commercial developments. * Manage interior design consultants and specialist design packages. * Review design concepts, material selections, FF\&E packages, and detailed design submissions. * Ensure design solutions align with project vision, brand standards, and operational requirements. * Coordinate interior design interfaces with architectural, MEP, and specialist disciplines. * Participate in design reviews, presentations, and stakeholder workshops. * Support design development through all project stages. * Monitor design quality, programme, and consultant performance. * Assist with mock\-up reviews and design approvals where required. * Degree in Interior Design or Architecture. * 10\+ years of relevant experience. * Experience delivering hospitality, retail, commercial, or residential interiors. * Strong design review and stakeholder management skills.
