We are seeking a Design Manager \- Telecoms / AV / ELV to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of technology infrastructure across a portfolio of large\-scale developments. * Manage telecoms, AV, ICT, security, and ELV design consultants. * Review technology strategies, design submissions, and technical specifications. * Coordinate ICT and low\-voltage systems across multidisciplinary teams. * Ensure integration of smart technologies, security systems, structured cabling, AV, and communications infrastructure. * Support stakeholder engagement and technical workshops. * Monitor consultant performance and project deliverables. * Review compliance with relevant standards, requirements, and authority regulations. * Support procurement and technology implementation strategies * Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, ICT, or related discipline. * 15\+ years of relevant experience. * Experience on large\-scale mixed\-use, smart city, hospitality, or commercial developments. * Strong understanding of ICT, ELV, AV, and technology infrastructure systems.
