We are looking for a **Demi Chef de Partie** who understands the pace and standards of an All\-Day Dining operation and can support smooth kitchen delivery across multiple services while maintaining strong food quality and hygiene standards. **What We Need From You** Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for: * Support the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef in the daily operation and work * Work according to the menu specifications by the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef * Keep work area at all times in hygienic conditions according to the rules set by the hotel * Control food stock and food cost in his section * Prepare the daily mis\-en\-place and food production in All Day Dining kitchen. * Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate superiors to complete the daily tasks * Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques * Instruct and lead subordinates through their daily requirements in food preparation and actively take part in set up of buffets and special functions * Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control **What we need from you:** * Diploma or vocational qualification in Culinary Arts or relevant kitchen experience * Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie in a resort/ luxury setting * Practical understanding of All Day Dining operations, buffet service, and live stations * Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen organization. * Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak service periods * Team\-focused attitude with clear communication and willingness to learn * Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays **What We Offer** Join us and you’ll become part of the global IHG family – and like all families, all our individual team members share some winning characteristics.
