Delivery Services Business Manager

**Location:** Abu Dhabi, UAE **Job Type:** Full\-time **Job Overview** We are seeking an experienced **Delivery Services Business Manager** to establish and lead a new delivery services business line. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in the UAE last\-mile delivery and logistics industry, with **existing network across major delivery platforms and logistics providers** such as Keeta, Careem, Noon, Talabat, Deliveroo, Amazon, and Aramex. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the setup and launch of the company's delivery services business. * Bring existing industry relationships to establish strategic partnerships and secure business opportunities. * Negotiate commercial agreements, service contracts, and vendor partnerships. * Build the team and processes * Oversee daily operations, service performance, and customer satisfaction. **Requirements** * 5\+ years of UAE experience in delivery services, courier operations, last\-mile logistics, or e\-commerce fulfillment. * Proven experience launching, scaling, or managing a delivery services business. * Strong network within the UAE delivery and logistics industry. * Excellent leadership, negotiation, and business development skills. * Ability to independently build and grow a new business line. * Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. **Competitive salary package and benefits, commensurate with experience and industry network.
