Dean of Students/Student Well-Being

Teacher Requirements • Bachelor s degree in Education or a relevant subject area • Recognised teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, B.Ed, QTS or equivalent) • Minimum 2 3 years of teaching experience (American curriculum preferred) • Experience with AP and/or IB Diploma Programme (IB DP) is an advantage • Strong English language proficiency (spoken and written) • Ability to deliver engaging, student-centred and inquiry-based lessons • Strong classroom management and organisational skills • Experience working in multicultural or international school environments • Commitment to student wellbeing, safeguarding, and inclusive practices • Willingness to contribute to extracurricular activities and wider school life
