Data Scientist (Expert)

Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to lead the end\- to\- end development of data\- driven solutions. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of data projects—from data ingestion and model development to deployment. Your primary focus will be building robust forecasting models and translating complex insights into actionable, user\- friendly dashboards for stakeholders. Key Responsibilities End\- to\- End Execution: Own the data science pipeline, including data extraction, cleaning, feature engineering, modeling, and production deployment. Predictive Modeling: Design and implement advanced forecasting models to drive business strategy and operational efficiency. Data Visualization: Build and maintain interactive dashboards PowerBI, Streamlit) that translate predictive insights into clear, actionable business intelligence. Strategic Analytics: Conduct deep\- dive analyses to identify trends, solve complex business problems, and provide data\- backed recommendations to leadership. Required Qualifications Experience: 9\+ years of experience in data science, with a proven track record of deploying end\- to\- end ML solutions. Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Python or R, and SQL. Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., Scikit\- Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or XGBoost). Forecasting Expertise: Hands\- on experience with time\- series analysis and forecasting techniques (e.g., ARIMA, Prophet, or LSTM). Dashboarding: Mastery of BI tools PowerBIor web\- based visualization frameworks (Streamlit, Dash). Communication: Ability to articulate technical findings to non\- technical stakeholders effectively. Work Location: In person
