Job Summary We are seeking a detail\-oriented **Data Entry Operator** with knowledge of **Civil Works** to support our engineering and production departments. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining project, production, and site\-related data while coordinating with engineers, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth project execution. Key Responsibilities * Enter and maintain production, project, and civil work data in the company's ERP system and Microsoft Excel. * Prepare and update daily production reports, site progress reports, and material consumption records. * Record quantities, concrete pours, reinforcement details, and production schedules. * Maintain project documentation, drawings, and technical records. * Coordinate with Civil Engineers, Production Supervisors, QA/QC, and Planning departments for data collection and reporting. * Verify the accuracy of data before submission and correct discrepancies when required. * Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management. * Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems. * Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of project information. Requirements * Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum **1–3 years** of experience as a Data Entry Operator, preferably in a precast, construction, or manufacturing company. * Basic knowledge of civil engineering terminology, construction drawings, and precast elements. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and ERP systems (SAP knowledge is an added advantage). * Good typing speed with excellent accuracy. * Strong organizational and time\-management skills. * Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage). Preferred Skills * Familiarity with BOQs (Bill of Quantities), project documentation, and production reporting. * Knowledge of precast production processes and construction terminology. * Ability to read basic engineering drawings. * Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
