Data Entry Operators (SAP Software Knowledge)

Job Summary We are looking for a detail\-oriented and organized **Data Entry Operator** with working knowledge of **SAP** to join our precast manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining production, inventory, and procurement data in SAP while ensuring data accuracy and supporting daily operations. Key Responsibilities * Enter and update production, inventory, purchase, and sales data in SAP. * Maintain accurate records of raw materials, finished products, and stock movements. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly data reports. * Verify data accuracy and correct any discrepancies. * Coordinate with Production, Store, Procurement, and Accounts departments. * Generate SAP reports as required by management. * Organize and maintain physical and electronic documentation. * Ensure timely and accurate data entry while meeting deadlines. Requirements * Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, or a related field. * Minimum **1–3 years** of experience as a Data Entry Operator, preferably in a manufacturing or precast company. * Good working knowledge of **SAP (MM/PP modules preferred)**. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. * Fast and accurate typing skills. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Good communication skills in English. Preferred Skills * Experience in the construction or precast concrete industry. * Knowledge of inventory and warehouse processes. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Team player with a positive attitude.
