Data Entry Clerk

• Job Responsibilities: • Liaise with other departments and employees to gather the required date/information timely and accurate manner. • To record manually and electronically (encode in the Suntech system) all the information gathered, including but not limited to the gold issued and received to and from each department karat-wise, quantity-wise, etc. • Compile, verify accuracy, sort, and organize date according to priorities to be entered into the database or electronic files. • Organize existing data in a spreadsheet and ensure the accuracy of all the information. • Monitor the process/progress from start to finish of the gold issued and ensure the accuracy of the gold purity, weight, quality, etc. • Review data for deficiencies or errors and correct the mistakes and organize the information in a manner that will optimize swift and accurate capturing. • Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to records. • Research, and maintain detailed product information for all documents and data storage. Scan documents and print files, when needed. • Entering and updating information into revelant databases. • Respond to queries for information and access revelant file. • Assist other administrative staff in filling, copy, typing, and other tasks.
