DATA ANALYST Location: Dubai, UAE Experience: 12 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred Job Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in Excel, SQL, data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development , with the ability to transform raw data into meaningful business insights. Key Responsibilities • Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and management reports . • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations. • Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and automation. • Perform data analysis using Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS , and other advanced Excel functions. • Use Power Query for data cleaning, transformation, and consolidation. • Write and execute SQL queries to extract and analyze data from databases. • Identify trends, patterns, discrepancies, and data quality issues. • Support management with accurate and timely data-driven insights. • Coordinate with different departments to collect and validate business data. • Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality. • Automate repetitive reporting processes wherever possible. • Assist in preparing Power BI/Tableau dashboards and visual reports. Required Skills • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel . • Advanced Excel skills including: • Pivot Tables • VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP • INDEX-MATCH • SUMIFS / COUNTIFS • IF & nested formulas • Charts and dashboards • Power Query • Working knowledge of SQL . • Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is preferred. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to work with large datasets. • Good communication and reporting skills. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance , or a related field. • 1- 2 years of relevant experience in Data Analysis, MIS, Reporting, or Business Intelligence. • Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
