Cybersecurity Director **Company:** Bekommen Mail Services **Location:** Qurum Commercial Area, Muscat, Oman **Salary:** OMR 3,100 / month Job Summary Bekommen Mail Services is seeking an experienced **Cybersecurity Director** to lead the organization's cybersecurity strategy, information security operations, risk management, and compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership in protecting systems, networks, applications, and sensitive data against evolving cyber threats. Responsibilities * Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives. * Lead cybersecurity, information security, and security operations teams. * Establish and maintain security policies, standards, procedures, and governance frameworks. * Identify, assess, and manage cybersecurity risks across the organization. * Oversee security monitoring, threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management. * Lead investigations and coordinate responses to cybersecurity incidents. * Implement security controls to protect networks, systems, applications, and data. * Oversee vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security audits. * Ensure compliance with applicable cybersecurity laws, regulations, and industry standards. * Develop and maintain incident response, business continuity, and disaster recovery plans. * Manage relationships with cybersecurity vendors, consultants, and external service providers. * Monitor emerging cyber threats and recommend appropriate security technologies and controls. * Establish cybersecurity awareness and training programs for employees. * Prepare cybersecurity reports, risk assessments, and performance metrics for senior management. * Manage cybersecurity budgets, resources, projects, and strategic initiatives. * Lead continuous improvement of the organization's security posture. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * Extensive experience in cybersecurity, information security, or IT risk management, including leadership experience. * Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, security architecture, and risk\-management principles. * Experience managing security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, and security monitoring. * Strong understanding of network security, endpoint protection, identity and access management, and cloud security. * Experience conducting or overseeing security assessments, audits, and penetration testing. * Knowledge of data protection, privacy, and regulatory compliance requirements. * Strong leadership, strategic\-thinking, and decision\-making abilities. * Excellent communication and stakeholder\-management skills. * Ability to communicate complex security risks to technical and non\-technical executives. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. Preferred Skills * Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or equivalent. * Experience with SIEM, SOAR, EDR, vulnerability management, and security monitoring platforms. * Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, and other recognized security frameworks. * Experience developing enterprise\-wide security programs. * Strong knowledge of cloud security and secure technology architecture. * Experience managing cybersecurity budgets and third\-party security providers. * Ability to lead crisis response and high\-impact security incidents. الراتب المدفوع: ﷼٠٫٠٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
