Responsibilities • Develop and implement cybersecurity policies and procedures to safeguard sensitive information and systems. • Conduct regular security assessments and audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality assurance practices into software development processes. • Identify and recommend improvements to existing security measures, driving innovation in risk management strategies. • Mentor junior team members and provide training on cybersecurity best practices to enhance overall team competency. • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity and quality assurance within IT environments. • Strong understanding of security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and quality assurance methodologies. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on attention to detail. • Advanced certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH. • Experience with cloud security and data protection technologies. • Additional certifications in quality assurance or risk management.
