WE ARE HIRING Customer Support Executive – Social Media **Company:** SnapDeals Online Shopping **Location:** Qatar **Position:** Customer Support Executive – Social Media Job Responsibilities * Respond to customer inquiries through **Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, TikTok, and other social media platforms**. * Handle customer questions, product inquiries, orders, complaints, and follow\-ups professionally. * Convert social media inquiries into **sales and confirmed orders**. * Provide accurate product information, prices, offers, and delivery details. * Follow up with customers who have shown interest but have not completed their orders. * Maintain professional and friendly communication with customers. * Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, and delivery teams when required. Requirements * Excellent **English communication and writing skills**. * Good typing and chatting skills. * Experience in **social media customer support or online sales** is preferred. * Must be comfortable communicating with customers through chat. * Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms. * Sales\-oriented, responsible, and target\-driven. * Ability to work independently and handle multiple customer conversations. * **Arabic speaking is an advantage.** * Must have a **laptop/desktop and reliable internet connection** if working from home.
