Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, a typical day might include the following: • Providing world-class customer care to both internal and external customers. • Engaging in regional customer support activities, including accurate entry of orders & quotes, RMA's, pricing negotiation, contract negotiation, and creation/maintenance of customer unique specifications. • Communicating with customers and sales representatives on deliverables and any additional customer service issues with some work direction from supervisor and peers. • Complete and pass required Customer Service Representative process certifications provided by SEL. • Using judgment skills, prior experience, and company policies and procedures to resolve standard and in-region problems. • Assisting with customer feedback tracking and driving to customer satisfaction. This job might be for you if you: • Have a minimum of 3 year of customer service experience. • Have an associate degree or related business experience. • Have strong computer skills. • Can learn concepts and technical details of products. • Have strong writing, proofreading, documentation, and communication skills. • Can learn new skills and assume new responsibilities. • Can work cooperatively in a team environment. • Have experience with ERP or CRM tools. • Have experience in a technical sales environment.
