\* Visit assigned customers on a regular basis to maintain strong business relationships. \* Follow up on monthly payments and ensure timely collection of outstanding balances. \* Coordinate with the Accounts Department regarding invoices, payments, and customer account status. \* Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. \* Conduct routine customer visits to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction. \* Prepare and submit regular reports on customer visits, collections, and outstanding payments. \* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment follow\-ups. \* Promote a positive company image and provide excellent customer service at all times. \* Communicate customer feedback and market information to management. \* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all customer interactions.
