Receptionist/Customer Service

One of the largest men care centre in UAE is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer\-focused Receptionist/Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast\-paced environment. Responsibilities: * Greet clients warmly and assist with check\-in and check\-out * Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and schedule appointments * Manage bookings using the salon’s system * Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth daily operations * Handle payments and maintain accurate records * Keep the reception area clean, presentable, and welcoming * Provide information about services, prices, and promotions Requirements: * Experience as a receptionist (preferably in a salon or spa) * Strong communication and customer service skills * Knowledge of booking systems is an advantage * Professional appearance and positive attitude * Basic computer skills * Ability to multitask and work under pressure Please share your CV to WhatsApp number Job Type: Full\-time Work Location: In person
