We’re looking for an energetic, customer-focused, and tech-savvy Customer Experience & Telesales Specialist who can turn inquiries into satisfied customers and confirmed bookings! � Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement: Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, live chat, and AI-assisted platforms professionally and promptly. Telesales & Conversions: Understand customer needs, recommend suitable services, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. Booking Management: Manage online calendars, appointments, schedules, and service bookings accurately. Customer Experience: Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints with patience, confidence, and professionalism. Technology & AI: Use AI tools, CRM systems, online platforms, and digital communication tools efficiently. Follow-ups: Proactively contact potential customers, follow up on pending inquiries, and maintain strong customer relationships. Performance Targets: Achieve agreed sales, booking conversion, response time, and customer service targets. ⭐ Requirements 2–5 years of experience in Dubai is mandatory, preferably in customer service, telesales, sales coordination, or booking management. Excellent telephone communication and customer-handling skills. Strong sales ability, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Fast, accurate, and professional written communication. Comfortable using AI tools, WhatsApp, CRM systems, and online booking platforms. Strong attention to detail, organisation, and multitasking abilities. Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a target-driven mindset. Tagalog or Arabic language skills are an advantage. � Salary & Incentives Trial period: Starting salary of AED 3,500. After successful completion of the trial period: Salary of AED 4,000 per month. Performance incentives: Additional AED 1,000–1,500, based on performance and the applicable incentive structure.
