CRM Executive

• Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. • Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights, creating targeted campaigns that drive conversions and improve customer satisfaction. • Collaborate with sales, finance and marketing teams to design effective outreach programs based on customer segmentation and behavior. • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of CRM initiatives through metrics and KPIs, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal performance. • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus. • A minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM management or customer relationship roles within a relevant industry. • Certifications in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) or digital marketing are highly desirable. • Experience in Real Estate Development is highly desirable. • Inventory management skill • Knowledgeable with RERA, DLD, Trakhees and other applicable real estate UAE laws.
