Crewing Manager

We are exclusively partnering with a leading maritime company in Dubai to appoint a Crewing Manager. This opportunity is ideally suited to an experienced Crewing Manager with a background in small vessels. We are also keen to speak with high-performing Crewing Coordinators who are ready to take the next step in their career, provided they have at least 4 5 years of relevant experience. Salary: DOE (Dependent on Experience) • Proven experience in maritime crewing, with exposure to small vessels being essential. • Previous experience managing crew planning, mobilization, certifications, and compliance. • Strong understanding of maritime regulations and crew administration. • Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills. • Open to ambitious Crewing Coordinators seeking to progress into a managerial position, with a minimum of 4 5 years' industry experience.
