Senior Crewing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Crewing Specialist to manage crew planning, deployment, compliance, and crew administration activities for an international fleet. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring vessels are staffed with qualified personnel while maintaining compliance with maritime regulations and company standards. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end crewing operations for assigned vessels. Coordinate recruitment, deployment, rotation, and travel arrangements for seafarers. Ensure compliance with MLC requirements and company policies. Monitor crew certifications, licenses, medicals, and training requirements. Liaise with manning agencies and external service providers. Maintain crew records and documentation. Support crew performance management and development initiatives. Coordinate with vessel masters and operational teams regarding crew requirements. Monitor crewing costs and workforce planning activities. Ensure smooth onboarding and mobilization processes. Minimum 5 years of maritime/shipping industry experience. At least 3 years of experience in a Senior Crewing Specialist, Crewing Officer, or similar crewing role. Strong knowledge of MLC regulations and crew administration processes. Experience managing multinational crews. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Fluent English.
