Credit - Collections Clerk III

As a Credit & Collections Clerk III, you will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, follow up on overdue payments, reconcile balances, and resolve invoice discrepancies. Working with healthcare customers, Sales, Customer Care, and Finance, you will help remove payment barriers and maintain accurate account records. Your work will directly contribute to timely collections, reduced overdue receivables, and stronger customer relationships. Primary Responsibilities • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and follow up on overdue payments to support timely collections. • Reconcile customer balances and resolve discrepancies involving invoices, payments, and credit notes. • Coordinate with Sales, Customer Care, and Finance to resolve disputes and remove payment barriers. • Monitor payment commitments and escalate overdue accounts or potential credit risks in line with company procedures. • Maintain accurate records of collection activities, customer communications, and account status. • Prepare accounts receivable updates highlighting overdue balances, collection progress, and required follow-up actions. Preferred Qualification s • Experience in credit and collections within the healthcare or medical device industry. • Hands-on experience using SAP for accounts receivable activities and customer account reporting.
