Cost Controller

• Develop and maintain detailed project budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational financial goals. • Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between budgeted and actual costs, providing actionable insights. • Collaborate with project managers to forecast future costs and assist in strategic planning. • Prepare comprehensive cost reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key financial metrics. • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA is a plus. • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cost control or financial analysis, preferably in construction or manufacturing. • Professional certifications such as Certified Cost Professional (CCP) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) are highly desirable. • Experience in a fast-paced industry with a strong understanding of project management principles.
