Corporate Training Director

Job Overview Innov Plus Formation is seeking an experienced and results\-oriented Corporate Training Director to lead the development, coordination, and delivery of professional training programs for corporate clients and organizations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing training strategies, identifying organizational learning needs, overseeing training programs, and ensuring that learning initiatives deliver measurable value to clients. The role requires a strong understanding of adult learning, corporate development, instructional design, and business\-oriented training solutions. The Corporate Training Director will also play an important role in maintaining client relationships, identifying new training opportunities, coordinating trainers and facilitators, and ensuring that programs remain relevant to current industry needs. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement corporate training strategies aligned with client and organizational objectives. * Conduct training needs assessments and identify skills and competency gaps. * Design and oversee customized training programs, workshops, seminars, and professional development initiatives. * Coordinate and supervise trainers, facilitators, consultants, and external training providers. * Develop training materials, course outlines, presentations, and supporting learning resources. * Work directly with corporate clients to understand their workforce development requirements. * Establish learning objectives, performance measures, and evaluation methods for training programs. * Monitor participant feedback and training outcomes and recommend improvements. * Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and support the development of new corporate training opportunities. * Stay informed about developments in corporate learning, leadership development, digital learning, and professional education. * Manage training schedules, resources, budgets, and program logistics. * Support the development of new training products and services based on market demand. * Prepare reports and presentations on training activities, participation, outcomes, and business impact. * Ensure training programs are delivered to a consistently high professional standard. Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Management**, or a related field. * **5\+ years of professional experience** in corporate training, learning and development, organizational development, HR development, professional education, or a closely related field. * At least **2 years of experience in a supervisory, managerial, or training leadership capacity**. * Demonstrated experience designing, coordinating, and evaluating corporate training programs. * Strong understanding of adult learning principles, training needs analysis, and instructional design. * Excellent presentation, facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Strong ability to communicate with senior managers, HR professionals, corporate clients, and training participants. * Proven project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously. * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation tools such as PowerPoint. * Professional fluency in **English**; Arabic language skills are an advantage. * Ability to work independently, take initiative, and make sound decisions in a client\-focused environment. Preferred Qualifications * Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Organizational Development, or a related discipline. * Professional training or L\&D certification such as **CPTD, SHRM, ATD, CIPD**, or an equivalent credential. * Experience working with corporate clients in Kuwait or the GCC. * Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital/hybrid training platforms. * Experience developing leadership, management, communication, customer service, or professional\-skills programs. * Existing professional relationships with corporate HR, L\&D, or management teams would be an advantage.
