Job description

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate clients, delivering a professional and exceptional customer experience. • Welcome and assist clients throughout their company setup and post-incorporation journey. • Request, collect, verify, and organize all required client documentation for business setup, visa applications, and corporate services. • Guide clients through each step of the process, ensuring they understand all requirements and timelines. • Process visa applications, renewals, cancellations, status changes, Emirates ID applications, and related immigration services. • Coordinate with UAE government authorities, free zones, banks, and internal departments to ensure timely completion of client requests. • Prepare, review, and submit applications while ensuring accuracy and compliance with UAE regulations. • Maintain accurate client records and update all activities in the CRM system. • Monitor deadlines for licenses, visas, Emirates IDs, and other compliance requirements, proactively following up with clients. • Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels. • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with premium clients through outstanding service and proactive support. • Ensure all client files and documentation are complete, accurate, and securely maintained. • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Corporate Services, Business Setup, Customer Service, PRO Services, or a similar role within the UAE. • Strong knowledge of UAE company formation, visa processing, and government procedures. • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with clients. • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and documentation management. • Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office. • Ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines. • Fluent in English; Arabic is a bonus • Professional, proactive, and solution-oriented with a positive attitude.
