The role will focus particularly on the "private" side of their practice, which spans a range of premium-level Private Equity and related M&A work. It will involve top-level involvement in big-ticket transactions for a stellar client list including major international and local corporations, investment banks, financial institutions, governments and international bodies, across the Middle Eastern region. Applicants will therefore need first class legal ability, coupled with a practical commercial approach, with a track record in taking responsibility for and managing deals; along with excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills; and enjoy being part of a friendly and outgoing team. You will also need a UK or Commonwealth legal qualification and strong academic credentials.
